We are looking for a talented individual/s with marketing/PR/communications experience to join this exciting project and help us reach out to rail colleagues. This would be a voluntary role that will take a few hours each month, can be done in your own time and from any location.
The main tasks will include:
- Producing a monthly short e-newsletter including sourcing content, interviewing volunteers and sharing their stories by writing articles or case studies
- Supporting the MHC project team in producing exciting communications materials
- Contributing to the MHC Volunteer website
We are looking for someone with:
- A high-level of written English and experience of writing compelling copy, preferably for rail industry employees
- Experience of using software like: Newzapp, Microsoft Publisher, WordPress, Demograpfix and Mailchimp
- The ability to work to deadlines and as part of a remote team
